Misión

We are a team of academic, administrative and field workers appointed to the Faculty of Veterinary and Zootechny of the UJED, committed to meeting social demand for higher education of the country in the area of the veterinary and zootechnical sciences by offering quality educational programs that train researchers and professionals with a solid scientific-technological preparation and a high social commitment.

Objetivos de Calidad

To train human resources scientifically and technically, trained at the level of Bachelor Degree, capable of handling the processes of health and food production of animal origin for human consumpton.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES 

• Achieving an academic sustained development, harmonious with the needs of the social and productive sector of the country, to become an educational institution with national and international projection.
• Have an empowered and updated faculty to operate quality accredted programs.
• Shaping academic, dynamic and participatory bodies that favor the development of quality and cutting-edge bachelor and master´s degree academic programs, strengthening links with the society.
• Improve the academic performance of students and the terminal efficiency  of the graduates through programs of support and tutorials. 
• Designing programs of study that integrate attitudes, values, skills, scientific-technological current and cutting-edge knowledge of the Veterinary Science.
